Website and waitlist terms

1. Who we are

This website is run by Wellserve Digital Ltd, trading as QuidPing (company no. 17172951, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ). Contact: hello@quidping.co.uk.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything. A place on the waitlist doesn't guarantee a pilot place. The pilot offer (first month free) applies only to waitlist members we invite to the pilot, and we may change or withdraw it before you sign up.

3. Our service

QuidPing is a business-to-business credit control service. It sends reminders about invoices on behalf of, and in the name of, its customers. It is for businesses and sole traders acting in the course of business, and only for chasing invoices owed by other businesses. We are not a law firm or debt collection agency and do not provide legal or financial advice. Statutory interest figures are calculations to help you decide what to claim. You remain responsible for your invoices and claims.

4. Pricing

Prices shown on this site are planned launch prices, exclude VAT, and may change. We'll confirm the price before you're charged anything.

5. Using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. We try to keep the content accurate, but it is general information and is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
